understand that customer satisfaction is of prime importance, as well as a safe, convenient and enjoyable workspace to those involved in the project including Ship Owner Surveyor Representatives and Sub-Contract workers, hence the yard features the following facilities:

MEDICAL CLINIC

Functions primarily as a welfare facility for employees but also aids sub-contractors and neighboring villagers; addressing to immediate emergency response, first aid, occupational health and general sickness.

CANTEEN

The canteen, also called Marina Café, does not only cater to our approximate 500 employees but is also available for in-room dining orders for owner surveyor and guests staying at the Marina Guest House.

OWNER SURVEYOR REPRESENTATIVE BUSINESS CENTRES

Container offices are available for superintendent officers to run their routine work-related errands during their stay while the vessels are being serviced.

ACCOMMODATION

The modest Marina Guest House occupies 16 air-conditioned rooms with communal pantry; supplemented by 24-hour butler assistance and
round-the-dock-clock security.

GENERAL AMENITIES

Public amenities such as restrooms, praying room, mini mart and eatery are provided throughout the yard to ensure working comfort ability.
